We call on the members of the San Francisco Board of Supervisors to pass a resolution introduced by District 5 Supervisor Dean Preston, which condemns attacks on the trans and LGBQ+ community and calls for further protections of transgender youth and adults.

The vote on the resolution will take place after 2 PM on April 4, 2023.

• Publicly affirm support for the educational development, safety, and academic inclusion of transgender youth.

• Prioritize the implementation of the Queer Transgender Parent Advisory Council.

• Comply with the California School Success and Opportunity Act (Assembly Bill 1266)
